Shipping Orders

Hardware kits are usually shipped the following business day via UPS.  You should receive an email from UPS stating the tracking number for your purchase when your order has been shipped.  You can follow the link provided in the email to find out where your package is and the expected delivery date.  Questions about orders should be directed to CustomerService@BunkBedsUnlimited.com.  For returns see our Return Policy.
